Jonathan organised a trip to somewhere completely different this week – Heathrow Airport. There were only 4 of us so I guess this was either a busy week or it is something that most members are not interested in. Nevertheless, it was great to explore somewhere different and Dave even found the perimeter road which he had not experienced before. Unfortunately the planes were not using the runway for the best shots at the original location as they were talking off with the sun right behind them. If they had been landing then it would have been fantastic. Jonathan also scouted a couple of other locations so we will be better set next time to know where to go based the runway in use.
